Last week we added some new features to customise your invoices and speed-up the create and edit an invoice process.
You can now select if each sale item displays a GST amount or not. When this preference is selected you will see a ‘GST’ column on your invoice.
Also, you can select if each sale item in the ‘Amount’ column includes GST or not.
If you’re already happy with the way your invoice looks then there’s nothing for you to do as these new features will not change your invoices unless you make a change to your preferences.
We’ve added two preferences for you to setup some default values for invoice due dates and what content footer to display on your invoices. This should save some typing and clicking each time you create an invoice.
You can now also choose and set the next invoice number so you can start at any number that suits your business.
Lastly, we made a change to the ‘Settings’ menu to keep these new features easily accessible and organised among the existing settings options.
All of these new features are found under ‘Settings’ -> ‘Sale invoice preferences’.
